YINEBEB ALEM ZELEKE
CEO
I born in Bahir Dar, one of a famous tourist attraction in Ethiopia. Since my childhood I have been inspired to work as TOUR GUIDE. After high school, I studied Tourism management (B.A) at the University of Gondar and startedworking as tour guide and -coordinator for 5 years.
In 2012, I move to Germany for one-year voluntary service (Bundesfreiwilligendienst) in Trier. which in depth my intercultural interaction, my German language and devotion for social works. After one-year voluntary service, I successfully studied (Ausbildung) nursing for 3 years in Germany and had been working almost 5 years as Certified geriatric nursing for “BBT Gruppe” in trier city.
Since 2023, I manage an Ethiopian Restaurant in Trier (AddisAbeba Restaurant in trier), where my wife (Ruth) is half owner of the restaurant. The restaurant is known in trier city and has very good feedback on google reviews (4.8/5). We are very proud that we can precent Ethiopian cuisine, culture, history and facts in the heart of Trier.
After such wonderful experiences now a days I am, Ethiopian born- German citizen and get feelings for both countries (Bahir Dar is where I born and Trier where I live).
Since 2024, I established BALTASAR TRAVEL PLC, which operated carefully to maximize host and guest satisfactions and act as a good Ambassador of Ethiopia and to precent the real beauties of Ethiopia for the rest of the World.
Dejen
Dejen from Mekelle, currently serving as a lecturer at Mekelle University and pursuing a PhD in Anthropology is guest welcoming and addressing contemporary social issues through a better understanding of cultural context.
He is the right person to inform in-depth about beliefs, practices, norms and values shared by a group of people in Ethiopia.


Minyamir
Minyamir is based in Addis Ababa and studied Tourism management (B.A) is insider in every corner in Addis Ababa.
Minyamir, known how to engage with tribal members and ask for permission before taking photos: Mursi village famous lip lates worn by women, Hammer village famous for bull-jumping rituals or the Karo people, known for their body paintings along the Omo River.
Abeje
Abeje based and from Lalibea, studied Rural Development and management (M.A), is knowledgeable in history, architecture, landscape and culture in Ethiopia. Abeje is personable and connect with individuals on a human level and loves hiking.


Girma
Girma based and from Bahri Dar, studied journalism and communication (B.A) knows how to tell stories in a captivating way beyond sharing facts. Girma loves enjoying birdwatching around Lake Tana and Blue Nile falls.
